"There are so many choices when it comes to realtors and buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most important and stressful endeavors of a lifetime. "My experience could not have been better. For several months I knew I would be selling my condo and moving into a senior apartment. Chad helped me decide how much upgrading to do. He helped me shop and connected me with a great handyman. When I finally had a move in date for the apartment, the listing was posted on Friday, there were 2 open house events over the weekend. On Monday I selected from 3 offers, countered with "as is" condition and took the cash offer (plus another $1,000) and closed that Friday. We had priced a little aggressively, but not too much because I was hoping to not have to carry the property a long time. My friends and I are still amazed at how fast and how well it all worked. Choosing Chad Nixon as my agent was one of the best decisions I've ever made."
