Chad Nixon is the founder and team lead of The Nixon Team at RE/MAX Alliance, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners throughout Northern Colorado.

With over a decade of experience and hundreds of successful transactions, Chad has built his business on a simple belief: real estate is a service business, not a sales business.

His goal isn't to sell clients a property—it's to help them find the right property, understand their options, negotiate the best possible terms, and make confident decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, luxury home sellers, acreage owners, commercial clients, or real estate investors, Chad focuses on honest advice, strong communication, and putting his clients' interests first.
