Do I pay my buyer's agent out of pocket?

In most transactions, we negotiate for the seller to cover the buyer agent's commission, so buyers typically do not pay it out of pocket. We'll handle the details and explain everything upfront, so you can move forward confidently without any surprises.

Should I buy directly from the builder or use my own agent?
